County Line Animal Hospital is a long-standing full-service veterinary medical facility with deep ties to the Spring Hill and Hernando Area community. Our goal is to provide compassionate and quality medicine while striving to make an impact in our community and treat our patients/clients like family. 
 
Who We're Looking For 
We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join our small, but mighty team! The ideal candidate needs to have at least one year of customer service experience within the veterinary field and, more importantly, be a rockstar when handling the front desk. The candidate also needs to be dependable, detail-oriented team player who loves pets and being part of a fun, supportive team. They will have knowledge and understanding of the importance of client education while being a positive and motivating team member. 
 
Requirements: 
1+ years of Customer Service within the veterinary field
Answering phones
Checking clients in and out
Monetary transactions
Reviewing, writing/typing in patient files
Triaging phone calls
Saturdays required (1-2 Saturdays off a month)
