Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior team members. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization. - Experience in developing and implementing SAP Analytics Cloud solutions. - Knowledge of SAP HANA database and SQL scripting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years education is required.
