OVERVIEW:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

YOUR ROLE AS A: Ticketing Sales Assistant

As a Ticketing Sales Assistant, you will support front-line ticketing and sales operations, ensuring accurate fare quotation, reservation, ticket issuance, and payment handling while delivering professional service to guests in line with Thai AirAsia standards and aviation regulations.
 

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

  • Checking an airfare with additional charges by routine (various taxes, fuel charge, and administration charge).

  • Making the reservation.

  • Issuing the paperless ticket code with the receipt and tax invoice

  • Alerting restrictions, followed by company terms & conditions.

  • Collecting airfare by cash or credit card.

  • Summarizing Sales reports and transferring money to the cashier.

  • Ensuring Guest Service operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, and in compliance with Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand requirements and standards of Thai AirAsia. 

  • Reporting to the Station Manager on any risk events to the safety and/or security of the station operations.
     

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field

  • Experience in working in Ticketing Sales, Ticket Reservation, or Customer Service in the Airline Industry is advantageous 

  • Pleasant, friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.

  • Proficient in oral and written English and Thai, or the local language where the staff is located. 

  • Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills with TOEIC scores above 600 is advantageous

  • Able to work on shift.
