Principal Accountabilities:
Under close supervision:* Assist with providing operational support for merchandising, buying, pricing, and marketing* Merchandise and stock products* Assist with back office tasks to ensure the store is compliant and operating efficiently* Assist with operational analysis to identify operational issues or areas for improvement
 

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria* One year of related experience preferred* Strong written and oral communication skills
 

Knowledge & Application:
* Good knowledge of single specialist area achieved through prior study or previous experience* Applies knowledge of the principles and practices in a recognized professional field requiring extensive academic preparation * Applies knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within own area* Determines a course of action based on guidelines
