A Day in the Life

Join our team as Strategic Accounts Management Lead for Istanbul, owning relationships with top hospitals to drive growth, expand therapy adoption, and deliver high impact value solutions. This role puts you at the center of executive engagement, customer partnership, and meaningful healthcare impact in one of the region’s most critical markets.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Responsible for developing and maintaining Senior/C-Suite level relationships with strategic partners and working with them to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
•    Develops and drives appropriate portfolio management strategy in collaboration with the Business Units and Enablers to expand and protect market share, introduce therapies, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term contractual agreements with strategic partners.
•    Responsible for understanding the assigned account's strategic priorities and careabouts, and for developing appropriate value-added programs for each account.
•    Develops, communicates, and implements plans to achieve strategic business targets and unlock new opportunities for growth.
•    Assesses customer needs and develops proposals in order to recommend customized products/services. 
•    Works to achieve individual sales targets and execute on sales strategy by developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts, expanding and developing new markets, and building strategic client base.
•    May manage multiple large accounts or large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts, involving multiple team members.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 
•    Proven business acumen with the ability to negotiate complex contract terms and manage end-to-end agreements
•    Minimum of bachelor’s degree, preferably in field of business, economics, life sciences or biomedical engineering, and preferably MBA
•    Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 3-5 years in leadership roles.
•    Strong understanding of healthcare industry in Türkiye and region.
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
•    High level of financial acumen, given extensive focus in role for deal architecting, and financial analysis, and excellent computer literacy including a high level knowledge of MS Office 
•    Fluent in Turkish and English
