Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Liaison – Sustainer Experience to lead key initiatives aimed at enhancing sustainer cultivation and maximizing donor value. This role involves tracking, monitoring, and identifying trends to boost sustainer donor engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing multichannel strategies and campaigns across various platforms to improve donor experience and increase sustainer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead key initiatives in support of ALSAC’s strategic plan by driving long-term value of the sustainer donor audience through effective cultivation strategies.
- Oversee the development, execution, and performance tracking of multichannel (mail, email, phone, etc.) strategic campaigns to meet audience goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies for current sustainers within other enterprise campaigns. Utilize data storytelling and negotiation skills to gain buy-in from teams outside the performance marketing division.
- Partner with external stakeholders and call centers to achieve defined KPIs.
- Monitor the progress of multiple processes and campaigns, assess results, measure success against goals, and pivot where necessary. Communicate insights to the appropriate teams or individuals in a timely manner.
- Participate in the sustainer enterprise task force, taking a leadership role in driving value and engagement.
- Consult on annual budgeting and monthly forecasting based on current active sustainer audience trends and monthly gift value.
- Represent ALSAC-St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in all areas, reflecting positively on the hospital and our fundraising organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in using data to guide the creation and execution of strategies to increase performance.
- Experience in leading multichannel marketing campaigns (mail, email, phone, SMS/text).
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external teams and individuals to accomplish goals.
- Familiarity with subscription or loyalty program strategies or knowledge of recurring gift campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
