For Linklaters Global Solutions Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Senior HR Administration Specialist role. 

 

Work arrangements: 

Hybrid model work: (2 days per week from the office located next to Rondo ONZ) 

Contract: Employment contract

Working hours: 9:00-17:15 and 11:00-19:15 

 
About the team 

You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as part of the People function—a strategically driven, globally connected team dedicated to supporting our firm’s talent and culture. As Senior HR Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for HR administration and people support, ensuring smooth operations and professional HR service delivery. Collaborating with business teams and legal teams worldwide, our team covers key HR processes, data quality, and employee lifecycle management. 

 

As Senior HR Administration Specialist, you will:  

• Resolve HR queries and escalating complex cases.  

• Administer onboarding, employment changes, and exits.  

Process contractual and employment changes. 

Coordinate and administer family leave requests 

Maintain accurate HR records and running audits in HR systems.  

• Support annual performance and appraisal cycles.  

• Implement process improvements for efficiency.  

• Share knowledge and supporting colleagues during peak periods. 

Uphold compliance with employment legislation, regulatory requirements,  
and HR best practice in all activities. 

 

Apply if you:  

• Have 2+ years professional experience in HR administration, ideally within a large corporate or professional services environment supporting UK or other European markets.  

Are confident using English and Polish (C1/C2) to engage clearly and appropriately with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.

Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills.  

• Are proficient in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Neocase or similar).  

Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.  

• Show initiative and attention to detail.  

• Display commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
