Transform yourself and take the responsibility for...

  • Ensuring customer loyalty and preventing customer churn.
  • Managing, maintaining, and growing existing business relationships with key contacts.
  • Applying retention tactics and engaging customers with regular interactions.
  • Securing and increasing revenue and profitability from existing, smaller accounts.
  • Acting as a commercial escalation point, supporting customers beyond standard Customer Care channels.
  • Monitoring customer health (usage, engagement, support tickets) and accounts for yet unidentified potential.

You are ready if you have...

  • 2+ years of experience in managing existing customer accounts in the Logistics/ LogTech or software environment. This position is a junior sales role offering a pathway to more senior Customer Management positions.
  • The ability to monitor a large portfolio of logos.
  • A mindset to cross-sell and up-sell additional products using an opportunistic approach.
  • The skill to understand clients’ processes and offer our web-based cloud logistics platform accordingly.
  • Fluency in German and English (mandatory), any other language would be a plus.
