Product Management is the team that collaborates with stakeholders to understand their cloud engineering needs and help bring solutions to production. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will partner with key stakeholders to understand in detail their pain points, and desired capabilities and translate those into projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Gain a solid understanding of customer requirements and gaps through discussions, observations, and analysis.
• Collaborate on creating and refining project scope and requirements to prepare for execution.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” for technical teams executing projects.
• Ability to facilitate meetings of all types from discovery, design, project planning, and review.
• Identify connections between systems and recognize dependencies and possible risks or impacts.
• Write clear, concise stories, epics, and initiatives conveying what success looks like.

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies  

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience in agile software development or infrastructure development
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Proficient in flow diagram software such as LucidChart, feature mapping software such as Stories on Board, and Jira
• Demonstrates key competencies to include Drives Results, Communicates Effectively, and Collaborates

Your Team   

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director, Cloud engineering. You will have 2 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
