Join our Global Quality team and help us deliver excellence in customer satisfaction through quality documentation and collaboration across technical and manufacturing teams.

As an Associate Global Quality Documentation, you will oversee the support of customer requests related to Quality by providing documents and product information, such as specifications, or completing customer questionnaires. You will support our GTM to ensure customer satisfaction and act as the responsible party for all Quality Documentation Requests in Brazil.

This role reports to the SA Quality Documentation Team Lead.

What will you do: 

• Collaborate with technical, manufacturing, quality, and customer support groups to complete/develop product standard documentation.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing sites.
• Maintain and update the Ingredion and customer portals with quality documentation.
• Organize and manage all quality documentation and standard letters.
• Ensure documentation responses to customer requests are complete and prioritized.

What you will bring: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related engineering/science field; or equivalent experience in quality, operations, or regulatory areas.
• Basic knowledge of hydrocolloids, corn wet milling process, starches, sweeteners, or food ingredients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database software.
