This is a 12 month contract working on a hybrid basis

The role

You will be part of a dynamic, established and highly effective team, that will provide you the opportunity to grow and develop your skills. Taking responsibility for a dedicated set of German speaking customers, this role is a great fit for an experienced Accounts Receivable person who enjoys relationship building.

The primary purpose of the role is to bill customers for the sale of services to the business and take responsibility thereafter, for the maintenance of all aspects of customer accounts leading to payment.

What will you be doing?

  • Monthly Billing
  • Customer communication
  • Credit Control, Collections and payment allocation
  • Billing adjustments
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Month end process
  • Accruals
  • Bad debt provision
  • Maintaining customer Records
  • Liaising with Account Manager and business partners

We’d like you to bring to us.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English are essential
  • Accounting qualification (AAT or similar) preferable but not essential
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not essential
  • Organisational and prioritising skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Team player essential
