Job Duties: Responsible for analyzing, designing, debugging and/or modifying software; or evaluating, developing, modifying and coding software programs to support programming needs. Maintain and enhance existing code with focus on implementation. Collaborate with and assist team of engineers in writing functional, design and user interface specifications. Follow software lifecycle process when developing software. Help identify solutions to problems encountered in software cycle. Build robust and highly scalable web applications, services, and interfaces; Design and implement backend components and services and interfaces; Design and implement Core back-end components and services and design and implement API’s using technologies like NodeJS; Optimize software applications for performance; Responsible for developing analytics, personalization and other marketing software technologies; Responsible for designing, developing and modifying software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design; Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints; Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. May telecommute. 


Job Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer related occupation.
 

Salary: $203,231.60 - 256,600.00 per Year. The pay range depicts a base salary range for all positions except commission-based roles.  The pay range for commission-based roles represents On Target Earnings (annual base salary + target annual commission).  Additional compensation elements may be offered including an opportunity for bonus incentives and also competitive benefits package.  Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as the external/internal market demand, location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
