A Brief Overview
RGA is seeking an experienced individual to play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing it's technology and cyber risk management strategy. Leveraging advanced knowledge and expertise in cyber and risk technology-risk disciplines, you will identify, oversee, and support the mitigation of compliance and operational risks. You will collaborate with various business, risk and 1st line technology stakeholders across RGA to develop and maintain a comprehensive view of the cyber and technology risk posture and its impact on the business. Your work will contribute to the long-term success and resilience of the organization in an ever-evolving technology landscape

Location: Ideally located in one of RGA's offices in a hybrid work arrangement (St. Louis, MO Headquarters, RGA International's Toronto office), the successful candidate may also work in a full remote arrangement.

Compensation Range:
$115,700.00 - $144,650.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
