General Field Sales & Account Management work is focused on face-to-face selling and account management activities including:
•Face-to-face sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers
•Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions
•Developing and delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations
•Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with targeted customers
Incumbents in this specialization may be selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners.

1负责所辖区域团队管理,负责公司产品在区域内的产品推广和医药观念传播工作,对最后业务结果负责

Responsible for regional team management, product promotion and medical concept dissemination of the company's products in the region, responsible for the final business results

2区域内的人员招聘,绩效管理,辅导,制定发展计划,严格遵从国家以及公司的政策,确保团队日常工作的合规性,学术性,专业性

Recruitment, performance management, coaching, development plan, strictly comply with national and company policies, and ensure the compliance, academic and professional of the team's daily work

3保持与重点客户、政府相关部门及专家建立并保持良好关系

Maintain good relationship with KOL/ government departments /experts

4负责区域科室会的组织召开,推广活动支持,管理所辖区域内的各项业务,制定地区业务目标,策略和发展方向

Responsible for organizing and holding of regional department meetings and supporting promotion activities. Manage the business in the region, develop the business objectives, strategies and development direction

5确保费用在预算内和活动计划有效执行,严格遵守公司合规的政策并辅导员工严格执行公司的合规政策

Ensure expenses are implemented within budget and activity plan, strictly comply with company compliance policy and coach staff to strictly implement company compliance policy


 

其他职务描述

一、  相关工作经验Years of relevant work experience

·         8年以上在医疗行业环境中的销售推广经验,有跨国公司工作经验者优先,或在ConvaTec工作3年以上。

8+ years of sales experience in healthcare industry, work experience in multinational companies preferred, or 3+ years experiences at ConvaTec.

 

二、  学历要求Requirement on educational background

·         本科或以上学历。医学、护理学或其他专业。

Bachelor degree or above. Medicine, Nursing and other relevant majors.
