ADI's Enterprise AI organization is seeking a passionate engineering leader for our AI Enablement Team. The chosen candidate will play a very broad role in defining and realizing AI-enabled solutions across the entire ADI enterprise, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, as well as our horizontal support organizations such as Legal, Finance and HR.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise level engagement to identify key partners, understand opportunities to capture value, bring solutions to the stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
  • Be able to lead multiple, rapid engagements across the enterprise with a clear focus on solution and self-serve model
  • Work with partners such as central engineering, data and IT functions to be the force multiplier
  • Work closely with vendor partners to understand and influence their roadmap, and be the enabler of strategic AI-driven solutions across the enterprise
  • Make key hires and grow team and talent

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of technical experience, including 5+ years in cloud infrastructure such as Azure or AWS
  • Strong track record of working in an enterprise scale managing stakeholder relationships at a technical level
  • Domain expertise of 5+ years in at least one of the areas: Silicon engineering, Semiconductor supply-chain, Finance P&A, Digital Go to Market strategy
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Data Science, with strong familiarity of industry standards including Python, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Pandas, MLFlow, SQL
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Kubernetes, Artifactory as well as GenAI specific tools such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, and python environments such as pip or poetry
  • Strong track record of strategic decision making and problem solving skills
  • Three or more years in a leadership and people management role

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $241,960 to $332,695.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
