Job Description

You will :

  • Assist in providing overall administrative and secretarial support to facilitate the efficient operations of the department.

  • Assisting in regular correspondence with stakeholders, as required

  • Managing diaries, schedules, and organising meetings

  • Handle PO/PR for the department, coordinate with the finance team, and ensure payments are made on time

  • Managing and following up on projects and calendars to facilitate timely delivery

  • Managing all correspondence and safekeeping of such documents

  • Support the Chief of Sustainability with HR-related matters

  • Prepare travel arrangements for internal or external party as and when required

  • Any form of application (eg. airport passes) as required by the team

  • Generally performing any other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain total confidentiality

  • Extremely proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications

  • Possess knowledge and experience in clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing

  • Ability to work independently, proactive and reliable

  • Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with people from different backgrounds and seniority

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
