You will have the responsibility for the execution of multidimensional contracts for services ranging from initial contracting strategy and development to contract execution.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and negotiate complex service contracts including all key agreed upon concepts, terms and conditions.
  • Independently conduct nuanced analyses and transactions including assessing outsourced service requests, investigating and developing sources for the services requested and working with Contract Owners to define the scope of work for the requested services.
  • Coordinate proposal evaluation activities and complete commercial evaluations.
  • Support the partnership with the business to assess current/future business sourcing and procurement requirements and apply this information for planning purposes.
  • Lead supplier relationship management activities.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree in business, supply chain management or related field with 4 or more years of related experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) field.
  • Must have strong experience in drafting service agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, contract administration, and RFx development.
  • High-level mathematical and analytical competence.
  • Able to show proven experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements.
