As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications, ensuring that the solutions meet the needs of various stakeholders while adhering to best practices in software development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine project goals and deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business success.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Continuously assess and improve team processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Order Management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Experience in software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
