We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who is highly motivated individual and can function in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment to be part of our APAC Payroll Team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordination with global and international Payroll and HR teams for taxation and payroll processing

  • Month end closing for payroll related accounts

  • Monthly payroll processing, including monthly payroll report, payroll disbursement and payroll tax filing

  • Managing share-based compensation taxation and filing

  • Assisting with statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance and SAFE filing

  • Collecting and reconciling required data for specific project requirements

  • Ad-hoc assignments

What we need to see:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

  • At least 5 years of experience in industry accounting and payroll functions

  • Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient speaking and writing communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Familiar with Office and Outlook software

  • Exceptional attention to deal with a high standard for accuracy in numbers

  • The ability to work independently and proactively stay updated on new payroll regulation and rulings

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPA firms

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles & mastery of Excel

  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in processes

  • Confident, self-motivated, and high-energy individual with the highest degree of ethics

  • Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with multiple priorities
