Job Summary
This person will be responsible for sales and revenue for their specific assigned agents/agencies. In this role he/she will track and manage to weekly KPI’s including phone times, new agent follow up, and activation rates specifically set for them.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide Marketing/Sales Support to agents/agencies
Build relationships for continued success with agents/agencies
Have a full understanding of Carriers and products that are being supported through your role
Ability to communicate the advantages of doing business with Integrity, Carriers and products that are being supported by your role
Provide input and support on new product and sales processes
Achieve KPI’s on a weekly basis to strive for company goals
Support Agent Success VP in defining department strategy for sales and success
Other Duties
Work with other Agent Success Managers in other departments to maximize the overall company value
Continue to educate yourself on the industry
Participation on Team and Individual Meetings
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience
Previous Insurance or financial experience is preferred
Prior experience preferred but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written
Customer service skills
Multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to present sales and training material to large group in person, over the phone and Go to Meeting type settings.
Organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Education
High School degree minimum
College degree in business, marketing, sales or related field is preferred
