Brown & Brown is seeking a Sales & Service Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Bloomington, MN

The Sales and Service Operations Specialist is responsible for developing new dealership relationships, presenting a full suite of F&I and protection products, and providing ongoing operational consulting to ensure program performance. This role involves deep analysis of dealership financials, operational processes, reconditioning workflows, and risk‑management indicators to optimize profitability and minimize claims exposure.

How You Will Contribute: 

  • Identify and evaluate dealership prospects through historical book-of-business review, dealer groups, and single‑point stores nationwide.

  • Secure appointments to present the full suite of Brown & Brown Americare products.

  • Secure appointments to provide complimentary analysis of current provider to identify potential prospects.

  • Deliver consultative product presentations tailored to dealership needs.

  • Deliver related dealer group stores based on success of existing stores

  • Secure richness of products within existing dealer groups to ensure full suite of products is being offered and utilized

  • Serve as primary operational consultant once a client signs.

  • Review financial statements, NCM composites, NADA guides, and internal documents for improvement opportunities.

  • Evaluate dealership reconditioning processes to reduce claims exposure. Introduce and implement best practices to assist in achieving this goal.

  • Review and Design Risk Management Reports/Dashboards including in‑force analysis, earned %, and emerging claims.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or equivalent experience.

  • 3–5 years of experience in F&I, dealership operations, or related field.

  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with financial statements.

  • Experience with reconditioning, risk management, and claims processes.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

Pay Range

140000 - 150000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
