The Accounts Receivable Analyst (intercompany) is responsible for ensuring the proper management of the customer portfolio through accurate payment application, balance reconciliation, follow-up on overdue accounts, and the generation of financial reports. This role is key to guaranteeing cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on accounts receivable for the Intercompany market of Nissan Mexicana and NIBU.

• Monitor and analyze aging balances to identify risks and recovery opportunities, while developing and enhancing collection strategies to maximize overdue portfolio recovery.

• Prepare periodic reports on account statements, aging balances, and financial analysis.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings.

• Address internal and external audit requirements.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting or related roles.

Hard Skills:

• Excel Intermediate (fórmulas, tablas dinámicas, Vlookups)

• SAP experience preferred (FI & MM Modules)

• Power Bi and Tableau (desirable)

Language: English - Intermediate or Advanced
