THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Legal, Employment team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring legal compliance, and mitigating risks in all employment matters at Aritzia. As the Legal Counsel, Employment, you will support with championing compliance with Aritzia’s employment policies and practices across our U.S. operations by conducting legal research, managing legal disputes, and partnering with cross-functional teams and external counsel. At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
