We now have a fantastic opportunity to join the AIA Financial Wellbeing team based in Sydney or Melbourne, on a permanent basis.
As the Operations Consultant, you provide operational and administrative support to our financial advice business. You will also identify opportunities for improvements within our processes and lead the uplift of these activities.

To do this successfully you will:
Process financial planner activities including onboarding, maintenance, off-boarding and client book transfers
Provide operational finance support including maintaining, processing and reconciling of vendor payments
Work closely with business to proactively review our Revenue Management System
Maintain the Systems Register including liaising with stakeholders to complete User access reviews
Liaise with key stakeholders relating to BAU activities and investigations
Respond to financial planner and customer enquiries within compliance requirements
Collect, analyse and report management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues
Successful applications will demonstrate:
Experience working in an operational or administrative role ideally gained from the Financial Advice industry
Strong Excel skills which allow you to analyse and summarise data insights
Experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI will be highly regarded.
An analytic thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
An excellent communicator backed with sound analysis skills which allow you to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
