About Dexcom’s Summer Intern Program:

Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom’s EMEA internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite and hybrid work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern to join us in our affiliate in Vilnius. Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Dexcom interns have earned the nickname of “Game Changers” based on their ability to leave a lasting impact on our organization. Internship Department Details:

  • Team Highlights:  

  • Be part of a customer-focused team dedicated to delivering exceptional support to Dexcom users. 

  • Gain hands-on experience in handling customer inquiries and providing product guidance. 

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Technical Support, Sales, and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

  • Develop valuable communication, problem-solving, and service management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

 

Where you come in:

  • You will assist customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshooting support. 

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. 

  • You will support customer feedback collection and process improvement initiatives. 

  • You will work with CRM and support tools to track and manage customer interactions effectively.

  • You bring problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently. 

  • Your proficiency in multiple languages (English + other European languages preferred) is a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Must be a currently enrolled student at a university (Year 2-4). 

  •  Business, Finance, Linguistics studies background preferred. 

  • Technology savvy and comfortable working with support systems and troubleshooting tools. 

 

Salary Details:

Monthly base salary for this internship is up to €700 gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
