The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

职位描述

Leading NPI projects through commercialization process, including:

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute business plans and achieve targets. Researching, interpreting, and reviewing insights and market information for trends and opportunities to develop new product programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
• Leverage the 3M Grow process and other E2E tools to guide new product development.
• Developing the NPI marketing plan, NPI launch plans and playbooks for sales team
• Work with sales team to promote NPI during commercialization, and lead the NPI breakthrough in customers

Your Skills and Expertise 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Five (5) years of marketing, sales, or BDM role
• Five (5) years experience working with cross-functional team. Traceable record in new business development is a plus
• Knowledge of processes in new product development and portfolio management including marketing sizing, segmentation, pricing etc.
