ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Theatre leader to join our professional, experienced and dynamic team in or brand-new theatre complex!
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for Commissiong 6 NEW theatres and the day-to-day operational management of the Theatre department while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional care.
The successful candidate will work closely with their Surgical Services Manager to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met, strategic objectives are delivered, and business growth is achieved.
In this rewarding opportunity, you will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Nurse Unit Manager in our Theatre department at our Fitzroy campus. current 8 exciting theatres with an additional 6 NEW opening by July 2025.
This role will be full time working 38 hours per week and will be pivotal in the delivery of an outstanding Theatre Services.

ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Theatre Nurse Unit Manager, you are a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, an experienced leader in a Theatre setting for at least 2 years, and have post-graduate qualifications or working towards.
