Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in managing a team focused on SAP package software application development.
  • Lead CPI integration efforts, including the design, configuration, and optimization of iFlows.
  • Support project execution through effective resource allocation and coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align departmental objectives with project goals.
  • Contribute to the timely delivery of SAP-based software solutions and enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members, especially in CPI and iFlow usage.
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and ensure best practices.
  • Coordinate team communications and liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth project progress.
  • Identify and address project challenges to maintain project timelines and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a software engineering role focused on integration.
  • Proficiency in SAP CPI, particularly with iFlows and CPI-specific tools, and experience with API development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving project demands.
  • Strong technical understanding of package applications, along with hands-on experience in development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Other Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Relevant cloud or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, SAP certifications) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with additional SAP integration tools and cloud-based environments is advantageous.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $80,400 - $149,300.
