As a HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with various HR team members to provide support and guidance to achieve and impact the HR Goals. We are looking for someone with a great service attitude, focus on results and data analysis who has a strong initiative to improve status-quo and incorporate change.

What you will do:

• Project assignment for at least 6 months to design and automate operational performance metrics (KPIs)
• Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to existing HR processes
• Participates in sessions to analyze and document processes and identify potential opportunities to improve
• Prepares reports, charts and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data
• Assist HR Shared Services Operations Teams by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experience
• Track and communicate the progress and results of ongoing process improvement projects

What you will bring:

• Final year of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum CGPA of at least 3.2
• Ability to commit to at least 5 months of internship period
• Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
