HP is modernizing the HR and employee service experience for our global workforce. We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our HR Service Delivery and workflow automation platforms—primarily ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)—and to build an intelligent, automated, agent-enabled service model across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
This is a strategic individual contributor role. You’ll own the product vision for the platforms that power HR service operations, designing solutions that improve employee and manager productivity and scale through AI and automation. The pay range for this role is $117,000 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
