What You Bring

• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams with a focus on coaching, development, and client excellence
• Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of credit and risk
• A passion for client outcomes, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement
• A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Commerce (highly regarded)
