Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced new business and sales representative focused on industrial adhesive and tape portfolio.

This position will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining/enhancing existing customer relationships, and driving the sales of the company's products in the domestic market.

• Achieves sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory.
• Position intended for individuals who have basic sales experience and have demonstrated ability to apply advanced selling skills.
• When necessary, requests or receives assistance in handling situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop potential customers and establish and maintain stable customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand market demand and competitive landscape.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Introduce and spec-in 3M industrial adhesive and tape products to customers, providing basic technical support and solutions.
• Participate in related exhibitions and arrange customer seminars to enhance the company's brand and product awareness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial product sales, with experience in adhesive and tape product or material sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently develop business and as well as teamwork.
• Strong market analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in English reading and writing.
