We are seeking experienced and highly skilled SAP Security Engineers and Leads to join our team across multiple functions including Finance, Upstream Oil & Gas, Master Data Governance (MDG), and Procurement. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of SAP systems, access controls, and user provisioning in line with best practices and industry standards.

Available Positions:

• SAP Security Engineer – Finance
• SAP Security Engineer – Upstream Oil & Gas
• SAP Security Lead – Master Data Governance (MDG)
• SAP Security Lead – Procurement
• SAP Application Security Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations for various modules and environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into secure SAP solutions.
• Conduct user access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and remediation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external security policies.
• Utilize SAP GRC for role design, access risk analysis, and emergency access management.
• Monitor and address security-related incidents and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain SAP security documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior team members (for Lead positions).

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Security (user administration, role design, SoD, authorization concepts).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant SAP Security role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have any of the following:

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) tools (for MDG Lead position).
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce (for Procurement Lead position).
• Strong understanding of testing processes and quality improvement frameworks.
• Industry knowledge relevant to Finance or Upstream Oil & Gas operations.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Basis.

• Intermediate proficiency in Cloud Computing.

• Advanced proficiency in Database Management.

• Expert proficiency in System Integration.

• Intermediate proficiency in Project Management.

• Master proficiency in Application Development.

• Certification in SAP Security, GRC, or related domains.
