Job Description

Rockwell Automation acquired Fiix in December 2020. Our relationship with Rockwell gives us access to more resources, connections and expertise in the industrial automation space while maintaining our individuality and creative freedom as a high-growth SaaS company. As an Application consultant, you will provide operational and process-related expertise and support in key product-focused areas - ERP integrations, data migration, API integration support, amongst other technical business requirements.

You will report to the Manager - Integrations and work from Toronto, Canada

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and execute SSO implementation for enterprise clients.
  • Be an escalation point for any technical issues that may arise within these key areas.
  • Assist clients with end-to-end system testing and troubleshooting relating to key focus areas.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge documents for key focus areas.
  • Work on special projects to help increase efficiencies across technical implementations.
  • Work in conjunction with / mentor our junior team members with configuration, conversion, and process work.
  • Help plan and manage the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications that align to existing standards and frameworks.
  • Contribute to project management activities and presales efforts such as: scoping and estimating project efforts, reviewing legacy data, scoping out data migration into FIIX, and documenting in a statement of work, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures, communicating activity status, as well as escalating and communicating issues.
  • Ensure that Project documentation is captured, maintained, available to, and understood by business and/or IT partners.
  • Understand business data, data mapping, data manipulation, data conversion, and operational data models.
  • Perform data conversions and loads into FIIX.

The Essentials- You will have

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred- You may also have

  • This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Experience in software implementation or support; experience with SaaS, Maintenance or ERP software is strongly preferred.
  • Proven customer-facing skills and project management skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of database systems and administration.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving acumen, including the ability to figure out how things should work, and to identify patterns and trends
