Job Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for owning and operating the Supply Chain Control Tower and supporting processes to enable end-to-end visibility, execution monitoring, and rapid response to operational risks and disruptions. This role combines analytics, process ownership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective planning execution, continuous improvement, and real-time issue resolution across the distribution network. Acts as a key liaison between Distribution Centers (DCs), Logistics, Planning, and cross-functional partners to drive performance, alignment, and operational resilience. Reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Control Tower Ownership & KPI Management
- Owns end-to-end Supply Chain Control Tower process and tools.
- Maintains and interprets KPI dashboards to assess execution health and risks.
- Continuously improves Control Tower processes using DC feedback and best practice benchmarking.
Execution Monitoring & Risk Management
- Monitors daily execution and provides real-time performance visibility.
- Acts as primary point of contact for execution, escalation, and issue tracking.
- Identifies risks and drives mitigation with cross-functional teams.
Business Continuity & Disruption Response
- Facilitates Business Continuity Management processes.
- Leads real-time response to operational disruptions.
- Drives post-event reviews and continuous improvement actions.
Planning Council Governance
- Manages SC Planning Council forum including inputs, facilitation, and follow-ups.
- Maintains action register and ensures communication across teams.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Leads Control Tower continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supports AI-enabled case management and issue resolution development.
Analytics & Decision Support
- Provides data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Maintains analytical tools and supports planning reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Control Tower operations and KPI management preferred.
- Understanding of supply chain and disruption management.
- Advanced Excel; SQL or visualization tools preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 4–7 years supply chain or analytics experience in distribution/logistics.
