At Wasatch Property Management, we are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in our community, ensuring the satisfaction of our residents and guests. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the on-site Serenity Market convenience store, contributing to the Resident Services Team's mission to create an exceptional living environment for our residents, managing clubhouse spaces and reservations, and directing the Soleil Suites Airbnb program. Additionally, they will serve as after-hours support for both full-time residents and short-term guests.

The pay range for this position is $16+ per hour, plus a monthly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you’ll do:

As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our dedicated property management teams, consistently delivering exceptional service to our residents. Each day will bring new and diverse challenges, requiring you to excel at prioritization, multitasking, creative thinking, and proactive problem-solving. By actively listening to our residents, you will identify their unique needs, offer tailored solutions, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction by guiding them through our comprehensive resident services. With a positive and vibrant energy, you will bring warmth to every interaction, promptly and effectively resolving any issues, and making sure everyone feels valued and welcomed in our community.

  • Act as the face of our community by providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, current tenants, and property staff, leveraging a deep understanding of the property and its operations.
  • Assist property staff with the planning and execution of resident activities, enhancing the overall living experience for all residents.
  • Coordinate and manage resident functions and activities, ensuring new residents are acquainted with the property.
  • Address inquiries related to leases, utilities, policies, and ensure adherence to the property's code of conduct.
  • Manage package deliveries, distribution, and package claim reminders.
  • Develop and circulate a property newsletter featuring upcoming events, marketing materials, resident services, and advertisements.
  • Handle resident concerns, including neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and other resident needs.
  • Prepare incident reports related to resident issues in compliance with company standards.
  • Schedule and oversee activity center or clubhouse rentals, manage associated contracts, and collect applicable fees.
  • Process maintenance work orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion, and follow up with residents for feedback.

Requirements:
