Job Description Summary:
This position will be responsible for a broad range of activities and legal matters in respect of the firm’s London-based operations and across the wider firm as necessary to support the UK and European business strategy.Job Description:
· Provide legal support to the firm's business, including client solutions, investment, research, and operations in respect of the London office, to support the firm’s EMEA strategy.
· Draft and negotiate agreements, including investment management, advisory and non-disclosure for clients of the London office, as well as vendor and other ancillary agreements, to support the firm’s EMEA strategy.
· Provide legal support as required on the wider firm's business, in order to support the global strategy.
· Work with compliance and risk teams, advising on regulatory and governance matters.
· Other ad hoc matters.

170300In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
