We are seeking a talented individual to join our Victor Insurance team at Marsh as the Head of Sales and Distribution working in our Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Head of Sales and Distribution
We will count on you to:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify new
business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
What you need to have:
10+ years’ experience in the insurance industry with proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably within an insurer or MGA.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Established network of broking contacts within the industry.
