JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation – Senior Executive (1C) – Operational Excellence

Department – Operational Excellence

Qualification Required – Engineering (Preferably Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience Required – 5+ years, Prior Manufacturing & OR Engineering/Maintenance experience is a must specially in fast paced complex manufacturing environment

Following will be the responsibilities of the position holder:

1. To lead the design and execution of Manufacturing and Maintenance Excellence using Total Productive Maintenance approach

2. Ability to work in TPM Experts on designing and executing Planned Maintenance Strategy for the site and Model Lines’ Success

3. Influence and Coach the manufacturing, engineering, PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) and Quality

4. Lead the Digitization initiative to improve Productivity

5. Aid the OE function to be the Strategic arm of Site Director in refining/executing Site Master Plan

6. Drive 100% Operational Excellence (OE) engagement across the site creativity

7. Simplify difficult and complex LEAN concepts and enable team members understanding 100%

8. Govern the Kaizen Program, Reward & Recognition and re-new

9. Lead the Training and Education pillar of TPM across the site

10. To align the KRA in line with the Business Vision, Mission, and Plant KRA’s and facilitates development of individual KRA’s

10. To ensure adherence to Daily Management System and OEE reporting

11. Accountable for holding and keeping Capacities of all plants/equipment’s current facilitate Change Management initiatives & promote continues improvement culture.

In absence of the position holder, the sub-ordinate Executive / Manager working in the section, or the authorized designee (as applicable) shall be responsible for day to day working.
