Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is seeking Quality Multi-Family Managers (first-line manager) to manage a Program Quality Assurance Team responsible for the oversight and compliance to processes through the entire development life cycle at Oklahoma City, Ok.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees and first-level managers performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.
  • Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
  • Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
  • Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.

This position requires the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance post start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Oklahoma City, OK.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 8 or more years’ experience in strategies planning, project management or proposal development
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading or managing multi-skill discipline teams
  • 8 + years’ experience in a quality job role
  • 5+ years’ Experience in gathering data and performing Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with new development programs
  • Experience with QMS (Quality Management System) and AS9100.
  • Experience preparing and presenting to executives
  • Experience working in a Defense or Aerospace related program
  • Experience with Boeing Problem Solving Methods (BPSM)
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA)
  • Experience with Data Analytics
