As the Senior Manager of Market Research at Xumo you will be part of the larger Xumo Strategy & Operations team that continues to drive growth and measure success at Xumo. This role will be responsible for maintaining a panel of Xumo customers & leveraging their feedback to make Xumo products and services better. Collaborating with product, marketing & business leaders is critical to success and will provide high visibility for the right candidate. In addition to strong collaboration & business support experience, highly preferred experience includes:
- Market Research- developing surveys & uncovering market insights. Survey design tool experience (Decipher or Survey Monkey) & Analyzing quantitative survey results (Crosstabs or Excel).
- Presentation skills to senior leadership audience
- Intermediate level with MS Office (Powerpoint & Excel)
- Position is office based in Philadelphia, PA- 4 days/week & remote 1 day/week.

- Manages, grows and reports on the Xumo Customer Panel providing meaningful insights to stakeholders in product, marketing & engineering
- Collaborates with cross-functional VPs & Directors in creating & implementing research projects that inform business outcomes & operational goals.
- Oversees both quantitative & UX research projects and evaluates reports/summaries of findings.
- Manages the collection and analysis of relevant information concerning current customers and potential product experience improvements to inform the larger product roadmap.
- Develops market research designs, designs studies to define market segments and conducts competitive research and analysis. Oversees vendor management and works to ensure that consistent quality control and project objectives are met.
