Germantown, WI (LLC Support) - ManagementAs a Customer Support Specialist your responsibilities will include:
Plan, coordinate, schedule and provide support for meetings and training for the various departments; including coordination of catering, room prep, printed material support, and a few evening events.
Create monthly PowerPoint/Slides for building communication systems.
Complete and update Month To Date phone stats on a daily basis for Telesales
Assist the front desk, providing coverage and back up support
Be a liaison for visitors with technological needs such as Google meets and Wifi access
Assist with on-boarding tasks for the building, such as first day photos. Building tour, covering building specific policies, such as facility access policy, emergency evacuation and dress code.
& Special duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
2 years of customer service experience. Hospitality experience is a plus.
Or Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Ability to interact and take direction from all levels of Airgas employees
Excellent communication and organizational skills required
Self-motivated, proactive individual that is comfortable working both independently and as a team member
Ability to manage multiple projects under specific deadline constraints
Proficient in Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office
SAP Knowledge is a plus
