At GSK, we are looking for a Collections Junior Front Office Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our NAM markets collections process. Job Purpose:
As a Collections Junior Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely resolution of customer queries, driving collections efficiency, and supporting decision-making through overdue analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, as well as manage the shared mailbox to address customer queries promptly.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and follow up on collections activities.
  • Execute accounting processes related to collections for NAM markets with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform overdue analysis to provide valuable insights and support decision-making.
  • Meet qualitative (QA) and quantitative (KPI) targets, including the reduction of overdue accounts and adherence to portfolio follow-up.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in collections processes within a shared service center environment; experience with Americas countries’ collections is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic accounts receivable analysis skills and understanding of accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and English at B2+ level.
