Shuttle Driver (Non-DOT), Winchester VA

Job Description

Framebridge has re-imagined the custom framing experience for a modern lifestyle. Our mission is to make it easy for customers to tell their stories through beautifully framed artwork. We are a consumer business operating online and in our 45+ retail stores — and growing. We operate four manufacturing facilities in Kentucky, Virginia, and Nevada that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. Every member of our team — including our Shuttle Lead Drivers — helps bring that mission to life.

The Role: Shuttle Driver (Non-DOT)

Department: Logistics & Transportation

Location: Winchester VA

Reports To: Route Planner / Transportation Manager

Your mission:

Your mission is to keep Framebridge’s shuttle logistics running with precision, accountability, and care. As a Shuttle Driver, you are both a hands-on driver and the operational anchor for daily route execution. You ensure every van leaves on time, fully loaded, and in compliance with company standards. You model the professionalism and attention to detail that defines how Framebridge moves product from our Winchester facility to retail stores.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Operate company Sprinter or Transit vans safely and efficiently when assigned to a route; model the driving standards and professionalism expected of every driver on the team.

  • Record route data via telematics and routing systems.

  • Conduct and verify pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections for all fleet units; maintain a service schedule and report any mechanical issues, damage, or safety concerns immediately.

  • Communicate any route deviations, cargo damage, or incidents to the Route Planner or Transportation Manager promptly and accurately.

  • Load, secure, and unload artwork and materials with care; ensure product integrity is maintained at every stage of transport.

  • Maintain respectful, brand-aligned communication with retail and operations teams at every stop; represent Framebridge’s values in every interaction.

Who You Are

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR for the past six (6) years.

  • 1+ years of experience operating cargo or Sprinter-type vans preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work early morning shifts.

  • Reliable, professional, and self-directed.

  • Basic smartphone proficiency (for routing and telematics tools).

  • Forklift certification is a plus (training available).

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay and benefits.

  • Opportunities for growth and advancement within our logistics and operations team.

  • Be part of a creative, mission-driven brand that is growing fast.

  • Supportive and collaborative culture where your reliability and leadership are recognized.
