Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is seeking an OutSystems Developer to work on a new CS system deployment.  This role will be based in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office, with on-site presence required.  

Work Authorization:
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without current or future visa sponsorship.

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (On-site required)

Salary range: $75,000-$85,000

Required Certifications & Skills:

• Low-Code System Implementation Experience (Mandatory) (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Apps, etc.)
• Project Manager/Management Experience (Preferred)
• Outsystems Certificate(s) holder will be highly desirable
• Building Agentic AI systems experience
• Preferably Bilingual (English, Korean), not mandatory

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform to support the deployment of the new CS system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
• Implement best practices for application development, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OutSystems applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to quality standards

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in low-code development platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable and secure applications tailored to enterprise-level requirements
• Proficiency in integrating OutSystems with third-party systems, APIs, and databases
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced project environments
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Outsystems Certificate(s) holder will be highly desirable
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent experience in project management
• OutSystems certification(s) or equivalent experience
• Experience in developing customer service or enterprise-level applications
• Familiarity with integrating OutSystems with third-party systems or APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
