This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and making a visible impact—no prior travel industry experience required.

What You’ll Do:

This is an outdoor, multi-function role supporting different parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. You will be empowered to address and resolve customer concerns in real time, following Company guidelines and using strong communication skills, empathy, and sound judgment to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will also help improve the overall customer experience by documenting interactions, resolutions, and escalations. By identifying trends and sharing insights, you’ll collaborate with leadership to support process improvements and service enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
• A customer-first mindset with an engaging personality and a passion for creative problem-solving
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in fast-paced situations
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail, hospitality, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
