CAI seeks a Program Manager with experience in programs utilizing Digital Twin and Machine Learning technologies.

As the Technical Program Manager for Digital Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our Professional Services teams with our Machine Learning (ML) and Digital Twin development teams. You’ll manage the end-to-end communication strategy, oversee knowledge management, and ensure that the digital enablement program is seamlessly integrated into our consulting services. Your expertise will be crucial to aligning digital initiatives with operational goals, fostering knowledge sharing, and advocating for transformative technologies that drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Professional Services teams and the ML/Digital Twin development teams. Ensure alignment and collaboration across functions.

Communication Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a robust communication strategy to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Facilitate regular meetings, updates, and feedback sessions to maintain open channels of communication.

Program and Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of digital enablement projects, from ideation to execution. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Knowledge Management: Build and maintain an organized knowledge repository that captures insights, documentation, and best practices. Promote the use of knowledge-sharing platforms to enhance learning and collaboration.

Champion for Digital Initiatives: Advocate for and drive adoption of digital tools and applications. Help teams understand the value and impact of new technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and communicate program benefits and progress.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to track program success and areas for improvement. Regularly report on program performance, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's or higher preferred).

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary technology programs, with a focus on digital transformation, IoT, or AI-driven solutions.
Proven experience in managing digital twin initiatives or similar advanced technology projects, from concept to deployment.
Strong background in working with cross-functional teams and managing both technical and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital twin platforms, IoT systems, cloud computing, and AI/ML technologies.

Skills:
Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with experience in agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Certifications (Optional):
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certifications.
