Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve overall efficiency and user experience. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different phases of application development and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application design and functionality.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Conga CPQ to align with business workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and best practices in software development.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
