Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with stakeholder expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test cases using TOSCA Testsuite to ensure software reliability.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with integration testing and continuous integration tools to support automated testing pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation frameworks and environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Bachelors degree in computer science background is required.
