Job Profile Name:  Lead Housekeeper

General Description:

Performs a variety of housekeeping and administrative tasks and assists in the supervision of housekeeping employees.

Essential Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Conducts eight inspections daily, 40 per week and ensures corrective action as required based on minimum QA score.
  • Ensured restrooms as cleaned and restocked per department protocol.
  • Completes weekly projects as designated by supervisor.
  • Makes sure employees are properly equipped and supplied.

General Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:  None required. 

Experience:  None required.  1 year of related experience preferred.

OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: None required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
